Return Policy

ALL SALES FINAL ON holiday items, sale and retired items.  

RETURN POLICY - REFUND

Artsy Abode will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid when each of the following conditions have been met.

  • The merchandise must be returned within ten (10) calendar days of purchase; and
  • The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and
  • The merchandise must be accompanied by the original Artsy Abode receipt or customer purchase can be verified in sales system.

All checks and cash returns exceeding $100.00 will be issued by check from the Artsy Abode corporate office. Please allow ten (10) business days to receive check.

RETURN POLICY - STORE CREDIT

Artsy Abode will issue a store credit for the original amount when each of the following conditions have been met.

  • The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase; and
  • The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and
  • The merchandise must be accompanied by the original Artsy Abode receipt or customer purchase can be verified in sales system.

SALES ITEMS/RETIRED ITEMS

Artsy Abode will not issue a refund for sale or retired items. Sale and/or retired items are often deemed non refundable/non exchangeable FINAL SALES. No returns or exchanges are allowed on PANDORA sale items. 

Artsy Abode will allow an exchange of sale or retired items only for other sale or retired items when each of the following conditions have been met.

  • The merchandise must be returned within five (5) calendar days of purchase; and
  • The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition (shoes must show no wear on bottom) unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and
  • The merchandise must be accompanied by the original Artsy Abode receipt or customer purchase can be verified in sales system; and
  • The sale or retired items has NOT been categorized as a final sale.

HOLIDAY ITEMS

All holiday items are FINAL sales. Due to the seasonal nature of the merchandise, Artsy Abode will not issue a refund or exchange on any holiday items.

 

WEB RETURN POLICY

Artsy Abode's Web Return Policy is the same as above.  To initiate a return, please email sales@artsyabode.com.  You will given an RA number.  You can then print a return label.  Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to Artsy Abode in original (or like) packaging at customer expense.  Artsy Abode will only issue a return label if there was a shipping error made by Artsy Abode.
